5700 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the platform 5700 by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the platform 5700 solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised or fraudulent means.
  • Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity.
  • Engaging in any money laundering activities or transferring illegally obtained funds through the platform.
  • Posting offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content directed at other users or our staff.

Deposit

Deposits made via electronic methods such as TNG and FPX are typically credited to your account within minutes. 5700 is not liable for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers. All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen method. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before a withdrawal is approved. 5700 reserves the right to request supporting documents for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Funds may only be withdrawn to an account or wallet registered under the same user's name.

In cases of suspension on valid grounds, any remaining funds in the account will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, subject to our final determination.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software found on the platform 5700 are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any such content without prior written consent.
